MSG

Today we will talk about MSG. You probably have heard about MSG and if you read you’re labels you probably know it’s in everything. Well what you don’t know is that it’s bad for you. MSG can lead to headaches and while not extremely harmful, they are annoying. In the next paragraph I will discuss one shocking fact that will make you look at labels more closely.

My parents recently attended a health class and were shocked at what they discovered. They found out that when you consume MSG everyday you can get scabs on your brain that never heal. I’m not joking it leaves scabs on your brain, which may be why you have headaches after eating Chinese food. It’s just a possible theory and I don’t know if it’s been proven. Chinese restaurants also?have been using?high levels of?MSG? to enhance the flavor of their food. MSG?also helps your body make more free radicals which can be lead to someone having cancer. MSG can be dangerous and I think it should be avoided most of the time.

MSG can also lead to obesity. It is proven that when people eat food that has?MSG, they eat more of it and they eat it faster. After a couple of hours that person’s blood sugar is low and they are hungry also.
